The site is oriented on russian-speaking audience, but key materials I want to translate (as it possible) for worldwide testing modules purposes.

Let me introduce you guide about deployment of Drupal 7 on VDS/VPS with Caddy web-server. Assume that server has about 500 megabytes of RAM and Rocky Linux 8 is pre-installed (most likely, it will be the same under Alma or Oracle). In my opinion RHEL 9.x family is too "heavy" for such setup.
Since we are talking about VDS/VPS console commands most likely will be executed as root, so there will be a # sign in examples. If you are not root, then most or even all commands must be led by sudo.
About installation of CentOS, Drupal and company.
Install CentOS itself and then yum update or yum upgrade.
For your convenience install Midnight Commander:
# yum install mc
Usually I'm using VirtualBox with two ethernet adapters - NAT and Host-only. In than case second adapter doesn't start automatically. To enable:
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-enp0s8
ONBOOT=yes
firewalld is blocking access. You can disable it at all or add services (rules) like this:
Site upgraded to Drupal 7 because Drupal 6.x has reached end of life. With a few of content it would be easier to rebuild site from scratch probably...
As part of the renovation I published release version of Pictured cart block. At the same time I made decision to use more actual and adaptive Bootstrap as main site theme.
The site was blocked by hosting-provider between 16th and 17th january 2013 due to database server overload. 18th january location for site was changed, so through the next 48 hours access will be restored.
Due to changing of hosting provider's data center the site was temporary unreachable yesterday (and today also). I hope that now its all right. Stay with us!
The "AddThis" block was added below the content of node (or comments if any). So you can simple share the node in many of social networks, bookmarking services, Twitter, etc.
I changed the blocks position its should be more useful I hope. Also I made the tag cloud language-depended.
